If we were told meditation is like vitamins for our brain and it should be taken every day. Would we able to find 15 min a day to meditate?

Please contact me to arrange a free introductory meditation session online (if you haven't had one already) or if you would like to sign up for 5 meditation sessions online (via ZOOM) course. It might be a small group of 2 or 3 other people depending on the day or time.
We will be inviting WONDER, CHANGE, CALMNESS, APPRECIATION, FLOW, LOVE, GRATITUDE, and etc into our meditations.

1. A quite&tranquil place where there are no distractions
2. Laptop/ZOOM/headphones
3. 30 mins (guided&silent part)
