Private Yoga session is specifically tailored to work on or around the student's needs, previous injuries or medical conditions. It is a perfect opportunity for complete beginners to discover their own poses. Great for those with a busy schedule. The class can be scheduled at your convenience.

Choose between:

  • Yin Yoga 60 min/90 min

  • Beginner yoga 60 min/75 min

  • Hatha/Vinyasa 60 min

  • Mandala & Elements 60 mins/75 min

  • Guided Meditation Sessions 30 min

The sessions can be taught individually or in a small group of 2 people

The location can vary your home/studio in Light center London) and should be agreed upon in advance:​

Yin Yoga sessions at your workplace is a fantastic way to bring a moment of stillness into the busy working day. Simply having a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat without any sweat at lunchtime would help the employees' recharge battery for the rest of the day.
