About Margarita

Margarita is a 200-hour certified Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mandala & Elements, Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance.

Her yoga journey started in 2014, a year after her first son was born. Over the next couple of years, Margarita truly enjoyed practicing very vigorous and active styles of yoga.

In April 2018 she decided to turn her greatest passion into a profession and completed an Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher's training course with Yoga London School.

As a mother of two gorgeous delightful boys, Margarita acknowledges the challenges of every parent who has to go through the business of life, multitasking between demanding work projects and family life. It calls upon every resource: mental, physical, spiritual. She is very eager to share her passion and knowledge with people. Margarita wishes to show how yoga can help everyone navigate through physical ups and down, and emotional highs and lows. Her mission is to help others to find their way into a whole new world of mindfulness, happiness, and joy through practicing mindful disciplines like yoga, pilates and meditation. Above all, she believes small changes and steps have the potential to transform people's lives. As a mindfulness and meditation practitioner, Margarita empowers and encourages her students to always look at the bright side, be present in the moment and simply create good habits! Daily habits become routine and routine, at some point, becomes second nature.

At the moment she teaches a combination of Vinyasa, Hatha, Mandala, and Yin styles of yoga. She also provides Pilates sessions with setting up goals and creating a specific program to improve upped body posture, build the core strength and increase flexibility.

Whatever practice chosen, you can expect to use your breath on a whole new level to soothe rattled nervous system and uplift the tired body whatever the age and whatever the experience. There is no limits, everyone can do it.

"Tap into your breath, find your flow and explore creativity in a mindful way so you can feel nurtured and cared for, look after yourself so you can look after others". MZ

The Answer Is "You Don't Have To Be"

Have you ever felt "I'm not flexible enough to do yoga"?

We all have different bodies, different anatomical systems, genetics, and styles of life, and SOME people are NATURALLY more flexible than others. And it shouldn't stop you!

Whether you are entirely new to yoga and don't know where to start or a seasoned practitioner, there is no better advice than just to follow your inner voice, let your body and breath guide you and me help you discover what fits you, it is all about uncovering your own pose.

A Little More About Classes

Yoga and Meditation, Pilates

Hatha yoga classes are focused on increasing flexibility and strength with a focus on alignment and breathing.

Yin yoga classes are meditative and slow-paced, they are focused on deeper stretching into the body, each pose is held for a longer period of time from 3-5 mins.

Each yoga class incorporates a seated meditation, yoga practice - yang or yin, and Shavasana (relaxation pose).

I also offer Guided Mantra Meditation Sessions.

Pilates sessions are focused on individual needs, including the improving the core strength, flexibility, mobility of the joints and upper body posture and endurance.

The questionnaire is mandatory for all my private clients - it is in the best interests of the students to provide me with recent health history so I could create/tailor the session for their specific needs.
