
Holistic Yoga&Pilates
There are many reasons why people are drawn to holistic practices such as Yoga and Pilates. The benefits are numerous: physical and mental health, well-being, feeling energised, fulfilled, and renewed - we all have our individual reasons.My approach is gentle and always based on the individual needs and peculiarities. I provide sessions considering client's abilities, goals and desired pace. Both practices, Yoga&Pilates, address practitioner as an individual. Be it group session or a private lesson, this premise should never be lost.I teach yoga with emphasis on the flow, breath and correct alignment. My vision is to provide a session where the client can flourish through a mind-body-spirit connection while experiencing all benefits this ancient practice has to offer. Yin Yoga, in particular, is a complementary, down to earth practice to any physical exercise people may do today.Mandala Yoga Flow is a dynamic and fun practice, you can expect to move 360 degrees around your mat as we slowly flow through the grounding asanas to the rhythm of the breath.I currently hold a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates with Pilates London Academy. I teach 1:1 mat based Pilates sessions with focus to increase client's mobility, strength and flexibility as well as improving overall wellbeing and mental health. I love to watch my clients achieve their goals and become confident. I am there for the journey and taking on the challenge, both commitment and consistency are paramount.
